RSM Consulting SK is offering a new open vacancy of BRANCH MANAGER.
Job Description:
- Full responsibility for managing our branch in Bratislava
- Building up a professional team of consultants
- Identification of new business opportunities in Slovakia
- Selling outsourcing and consulting services (mainly accounting, payroll, valuation and tax services)
- Extensive networking and developing relationships with possible clients
- Conducting of selected business meetings, consultations, networking
- Close cooperation with department managers in the Czech Republic
Required profile:
- University degree (major in economics / management / trade)
- Min. 7 years of experience in consulting, outsourcing, financial or trust services, banking)
- Proven results in business development and acquisitions of new clients
- Analytical thinking
- Independence, initiative, enthusiastic and optimistic approach to work
- Diligence, responsibility
- Willingness to travel mainly between Czech and Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must (knowledge of German is a big advantage)
