Branch Manager / Bratislava
Our business has more than tripled in recent years in Czech Republic and we aspire to do the same in Slovakia. We are looking for an ambitious individual who will develop our business opportunities as well as mange our expanding branch in Bratislava. You will be in charge of developing long-term business relations with our current and potential clients as well as branch management and team coordination.
Primary responsibilities:
- Managing our branch in Bratislava – close cooperation with department managers and HR towards building up a professional team of consultants
- Identification of new business opportunities in Slovakia
- Extensive networking and developing relationships with new clients
- Selling outsourcing and consulting services (mainly tax, accounting, payroll, and valuation services)
What is important for us:
- Background in consulting (such as audit, tax, accounting, transaction services)
- Experience with team management and leadership (managing five or more people)
- Proven results in business development and acquisitions of new clients
- University degree, 5 years experience in consulting services.
- Analytical thinking
- Initiative, enthusiastic and optimistic approach to work
- Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential (knowledge of the German language is desirable but not essential)
