About Martina
Martina leads the team responsible for managing and processing transfer pricing projects and also collaborates with other teams within the valuation office.
Experience
Martina has over six years of experience in transfer pricing and valuation. She has been with RSM since 2015. In her current position as manager, she focuses on transfer pricing projects, e.g. for Czech Aeroholding (now Prague Airport), Czech and Slovak companies from the ASSA ABLOY group and others. For individual clients, she provides preparation of TP documentation and assists them in setting and reviewing prices. He is also actively involved in a number of valuation projects for litigation, mergers and acquisitions, where he applies his analytical approach to work to the full. She enjoys interacting with clients, learning about how companies in different industries operate and also seeks out opportunities for international collaboration. In her free time, Martina enjoys travelling. She speaks fluent English.
Education
- University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Finance and Accounting, major in Finance and Business Valuation with a minor in Financial Engineering
