Milan Černák is the managing partner of RSM Slovakia. With a wealth of experience and extensive know-how, he is a key member of the team.
Experience
In 2010 Milan founded the consulting company LEON Advisory Group, which he successfully led until its merger with RSM. During his practice, he has assisted many investors on the Slovak market with the establishment of new companies as well as with acquisitions. He has also covered major corporate transactions in various sectors (food industry, automotive, etc.), and foreign acquisitions have become his specialty.
