Our history dates back to 1993 when we entered the Czech market as TACOMA. On the Slovak market, we have been operating since 2008. On July 1, 2011, we were renamed to join the RSM network on RSM TACOMA and RSM TACOMA Consulting. During 2016, we responded to market developments, and we expanded our portfolio of IT services by connecting with three companies: RSM Infinity, RSM Infinity Slovakia, and RSM Technology CZ. For more natural and more transparent communication with our business partners, we have decided to merge selected companies. Since May 1, 2018, Czech companies RSM TACOMA and RSM Infinity joined into RSM CZ. At the same time, Slovak companies RSM TACOMA Consulting and RSM Infinity Slovakia merged from the same date under the new name RSM Consulting SK. At the beginning of 2023, we merged with the consulting company LEON Tax and changed our name to RSM SK. The changes did not affect the Czech company RSM Technology CZ.
On July 26, 2019, RSM CZ enlarged its market position in payroll services through the acquisition of Nugget SW, now RSM Payroll Solutions CZ, specializing in payroll outsourcing, payroll software development, personnel, human resources management for past 30 years. Over the years on the Czech and Slovak market, RSM CZ & SK has established a stable and prosperous partnership with major companies. In the area of payroll outsourcing, RSM CZ is the partner of ADP Streamline® in the Czech Republic. ADP Employer Services International is a leading provider of payroll outsourcing services. The Streamline ADP suite provides payroll services at international level. We work with Accordance Technical Services in Tax Consulting. Our major IT partners include Cisco Systems, HP Inc., Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, and Oracle. We have a certificate ISO 27001.
