At RSM CZ, Jiří is responsible for the management of the valuation office, where individual teams deal with business valuation, real estate and transfer pricing. Specialists under his leadership prepare expert opinions, economic studies and other professional statements. He is also a sought-after expert in the field of real estate valuation.
Experience
Jiří has been involved in the field of real estate valuation for more than 20 years. He is an expert witness in the field of economics, prices and estimates, specializing in real estate. Prior to joining RSM, he worked in a competing appraisal firm where he was head of the real estate valuation department for five years. He joined RSM in 2006 as a real estate valuation consultant and now heads the entire appraisal firm, which is one of the most reputable in the country. In addition, he is involved in real estate valuations for major players such as CPI PG, Cimex, Accolade, Kaufland, Dandreet, Finep, Metrostav, Skanska, GEMO, SCF, J&T Real Estate, REDSTONE REAL ESTATE, MS-INVEST. He also regularly writes professional articles on real estate for online media. What he likes most about his work is the variety of individual projects, property inspections, excellent cooperation with colleagues and satisfied clients. In his spare time, he enjoys his children, travelling and cycling. Jiří speaks English.
