About Lucie
Lucie works as a senior consultant in the Management Consulting department, where she specializes in the areas of process analysis, automation, digital solutions and project management, including change management.
Experience
As a project manager, she leads projects focused on the implementation of ERP systems and localization packages, especially for Oracle NetSuite. Her work also includes projects related to mapping and improving processes, subsequent optimization and standardization of financial or business processes.
Before joining RSM, Lucie worked for several years at Accenture, where she focused primarily on projects related to process improvement, standardization, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation and transformation of operating models, including the transfer of client activities to shared service centers. She participated, among other things, in a large-scale transformation project for a major German company, which included the transfer of part of the company’s processes to Manila. She is fluent in English and German, and her native language is Czech.
